Thea Sidney Eve Miller
Thea Miller

Thea Sidney Eve Miller is a aboriginal artist from the Bundjalung tribe and a descendant of the Yaegl mob in NSW. She has lived all over from Carins to Melbourne and currently resides in Brisbane.

Thea is a self taught artist who specialises in indigenous artwork. From small and humble beginnings, selling artwork on the side of the road in Melbourne, to assisting with the set up and the organisation of the “Coming Of Riverstorm” Exhibition. She has practiced and perfected her art for the past 18 years and continues to grow within her work.

Thea is actively working with multiple indigenous children in foster care. She is helping them connect to their culture through the artwork they create together, by telling story’s through art and helping the kids reconnect to culture. As someone who grew up in the system she strives to uplift, celebrate and inspire others who have been through tough circumstances.

Thea Miller is one of many Indigenous Artists painting for Australian Authentic Dreamtime Art and continues to enjoy the exposure this gives her.
